Patient Triage Online – from 6th November 2023

From the 6th November 2023 the surgery will introduce patient triage online for routine administration queries and non-urgent medical help.

How do I use Patient Triage Online?

  • Open the Patient Triage Online link from the homepage
  • Select either admin or medical request
  • Confirm this is a non-urgent request
  • Write the request, giving as much information as possible
  • Enter and confirm your details
  • Press submit

Using Patient Triage Online will allow you to make requests in your own time, avoid the telephone queues and obtain a response from the surgery within a maximum of 3 working days.
