Rainworth Surgery offers GP appointments via a telephone triage system.
Patients can call for GP appointments from 8am, when contacting the surgery you will be asked some questions by out team to understand the reason for your call; this is to determine the most appropriate course of action.
All GP appointment requests are triaged over the phone by a clinician, if you need to be seen face to face the clinician will arrange this.
Our team will complete COVID risk assessment over the phone where appropriate.
Nurse and HCA Appointments
Appointments for chronic disease management, immunisations, smears, blood tests and much more are available to book.
Please telephone reception and they will be happy to book you an appropriate appointment.
Saturday Opening
Extended Access appointments are carried out on Saturdays across Sherwood PCN.
