Referrals

The secretary provides administration support for the practice dealing with all GP referrals and Choose and Book. You would need to see a GP in order to get a referral, where they would assess you and decide if they feel a referral is appropriate. It is at a GPs discretion to refer you.

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) - 01636 670633.

This service is offered to anyone up to the age of 17 years and 6 months.

This service is offered to anyone over the age of 17 years and 6 months up to the age of 65 years

This service is offered to anyone over the age of 65 years
